Really exciting company with some fantastic people! - Manager Zilch Technology Employee Review

Having been at Zilch for a number of months, it is amazing to see just how much we have grown in such a short space of time! To start, the senior management team are great at driving results fast! It does mean it can often be quite a pressurised environment but we are doing it all together with the same goal in mind. Communication and inclusivity is so important which is driven by those at the top. The people are fantastic! We have a great bunch of people who are hugely passionate about the company vision, ethos and about each other. Coming back to the office in such challenging times is a great move - we have a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home to provide a balance for everyone but still create connectively and collaboration. And to see such a diverse senior management team is great to have in such an industry which can often be male dominated. Exciting to be part of growing business which will become international.
