Dysfunctional senior leaders at Zila and parent company.

Most of the Zila team was a joy to work with. Products are above average and most are fairly priced in the market place..

Budget does not allow for much needed marketing support. Not enough staff to handle customer needs. Low morale. Soft Tissue Management program needs updating.
