There really aren't many con's anymore.. When I started we were heavily dependent upon foreign freelancers and communication was bad. But that is all over now that we are building an office here in Austin.

Being able to work my own hours and help make something great while it lasted.

Lack of transparency, not being recognized for what I did for the company and not being paid when I co-wrote the executive summary and implemented the digital marketing strategy. More Cons include the following: 1. CEO (has ego and arrogance issues about including me as a cofounder) He lacks integrity and does not take constructive feedback to further the company, and instead he is always right. As states before in the previous review he has no experience in financial services or running a company, and lies or manipulates people to get by. 2. Hires interns so that they can be used for free labor. 3. No company benefits. 4. No paychecks received and I was never paid for my labor. 5. Company has no strategy after I left the company and will not sustain without my content creation and writing skills.
