Pros
1. Learning is a big plus. Being a growing company, one will have to do everything from running projects, to project management to customer communication. Every aspect mentioned above can be learnt quickly here! 2. There is a proper way to put forth your ideas in an open platform to anyone. (Though there is no openly said hierarchy, there still exists one and I see expressing ones ideas and that has a chance of being heard is a major pro)
Cons
1. Low to ZERO work life balance! Management doesn't care about the employee's work life balance or at least that's what I could make out of my 3.5 year long career there. If you want to trade some initial years of your employment only to work and learn the nuances, then choose Zifo. 2. Salary is way more lesser compared to other companies doing the same type of work. Being a midcap and growing company, there is a lot of work to do for anyone who is coming in with meagre salary! 3. Employees in clinical services has less opportunities and challenges when compared to Pre clinical services (this is the primary Zifo playground). After 2 or 3 years in any clinical related work, you are either pushed to move to pre clinical or take up managerial jobs in clinical, which for that early in anyone's career is a burden and will only affect the work life balance even more!
