Pros

Loved the environment when it was smaller and had more opportunity for everyone. The team happy hours was always great and enjoyed working under former Sales leaders. They flew us out to Poland for a company meet up which was great but went downhill after that. The people you’ll work with are amazing individuals who you’ll become fast friends with. The product is very good but in a very competitive market with companies who can outspend and out market Ziflow very easily.

Cons

Recent C-Suite management that has come in within the last year or so is pretty toxic money hounds. The CRO immediately was asking everyone to move to Dallas while barely getting to know us in Poland with no pay raises or benefits to moving. The team grew way too fast and opportunity for everyone then minimized with too many working small territories. The COO is incredibly creepy to women from day 1 hence why many women left immediately after his arrival to the company. Commissions used to be very nice for sales with many ways to make money, now commission is minimal off opportunities you bring in whether small or large. The company’s culture has gone downhill big time, I wouldn’t recommend working here anymore.

Pros

Great company before the current management took over. If you’re not in sales, you’re in good hands. Friendly environment with small team camaraderie. Happy hours were a highlight.

Cons

Everything changed with the arrival of current leadership. The CRO is toxic, self-serving, and dismissive of staff input. He imposed sweeping changes without understanding the business, hired his wife into a leadership role, and ignored any feedback from the team. Account Executives were thrown into the field without proper training or support, and instead of enabling success, leadership scapegoated the outbound team and laid them off. Layoffs appeared strategically targeted to make the company look more profitable on paper—cutting experienced talent, especially minorities and women, without transparency or logic. Many employees were never given formal compensation plans and were paid less than promised. Deals were stripped from reps arbitrarily, and commissions were reduced or unpaid. Toxic culture, favoritism, and harassment complaints were brushed off unless it was politically convenient to address them. Despite repeated assurances of job security, the sales org saw massive cuts just weeks later—suggesting the leadership never had honest intentions. Morale is at an all-time low, and internal trust has been destroyed.
