      Pros

      Dont trust them Fake promises from HR Waste of joining No loyalty No job security No projects Sometimes No salary No Benefits No Appraisal Less Pay High work pressure Women recruited here would feel very isolated and insecure. Zero security measures in the office. There is one manager who abuses his employees a lot.

      they fire you amid pandemic No Appraisal They have no knowledge on how other companies work and shows no importance to employees and expect you to work without allowing you to spend time with your children Manager with internal politics HR is not employee friendly and are arrogant Overtime and work pressure for peanuts Technologies used are outdated

      Building a 140 member company won’t be possible if what you have stated here is true. We have over 35+ members who completed 3+ years with us, 13 who completed 5 years or more. We would like to flag this as a fake review to Glassdoor.

      Pros

      Cheap cost. Reliable and speedy response.

      Cons

      Lack of Executive understanding of sales practices, international professional culture and go-to-market strategy. Lack of training and adjusting product/corporate pitch to rapidly evolving markets. Get what you pay for, and Ziffity is all about low cost. Cheap CRM, lack of competitive software tools overall, equates to inefficient daily operations for employees.
