Worst company to work with - Anonymous employee Ziffity Employee Review

Everything else, Salary issue In many situation salary been a problem in Ziffity. If a client did not pay because of Ziffity's sloppy work they wont pay the salary for employees. Many times they hold the salary and pay late. If you are relieving from duties after serving your notice period, they hold the salary for the last month. Holding last month salary they did almost for every employee left them. Recruiting and Kicking out They recruited couple of people and they kicked them out with in two days. This is worst behaviour I ever seen. Seriously it stinks. Partiality - Worst place for Test Engineers Any test engineer working in Ziffity feels like they are worthless. Zero importance for test engineers. Test Engineers should stay away from this company.
