Decent salaries and good people to work with. The projects are really high end.

They have a strict in the office policy 5 days per week.

Standard corporate benefits and also plenty of social events.

No support from upper management. Cloud of gloom in the air. Very difficult to receive promotion unless you want to be best friends with all the Principals and shoot straight to management. Does not value quality work, only require quantity. Don't expect raises or promotions unless you're a man or you become best friends with the principals. Very outdate values.
