      No Pros other than friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Long long list. They expect you to work 24/7 but salary is not given on time. Excessive pressure from seniors with not proper outline to achieve the results. You will be stranded on your own and that too without any salary. They will not respond to your mails once you leave the company. Even if you are in your bad time or jobless, stay at home than joining Zicom because you will be working tirelessly but will not get any benefit. There is no acknowledgement for your hard work and you will not get your hard earned money as well.

      There are lot more reasons to say for what I am been here for 6 years. But I like to share few things, The working environment in Zicom is awesome since it brought me all the way for 6 fabulous years in Zicom just like that. Here I never saw declining any task is out of their table. Since everyone worked with me as a team but who is really not even. Many unexpected support I got from this company which took me in cloud nine in many aspects. Which includes my many promotions & good appreciations noted. There are lot more to share but I can’t make in words now.

      Cons

      I never felt this so happened to me for the past 6 years. In Zicom where we always work as TEAM so this aspect will never borther us.
