Its a good company for those which are skilled or even if fresher but good at learning and dedicated towards work. I have heard company has started being strict to people who are not dedicated to work and shown them door. This was long pending request of all dedicated employee to be strict for such people.

Frankly, seeing those reviews I can easily judge why it has been written by people who said all good till their things met and change their thoughts when they company expects dedication towards work from these people. They just seem to be taking up personal grudges on this forum. Pity these guys.
