There are no pros - besides learning what to look out for in a toxic workplace.
Cons
Racist hiring practices and forcing religion on employees. Mandatory monthly 'social Saturdays' and a ridiculous uniform policy. Goalposts are constantly moved and management cannot be trusted (not even to pay their staff). Bullying and micro-management is just the start.
