Pros

Management are working to keep everyone informed of various changes happening Winning new business which is great Lots of improvements in process and efficiencies with new Global Services Delivery Director My experience is very different to the review from Feb 25 - which was very negative, I see change, like in every company, but also a lot of communication and co-creation of the company

Cons

There is a lot of change, but it is improving how we are doing things, but change nonetheless.

Pros

Knowledgeable and good team spirit, salary is good compared to other companies in the same industry.

Cons

Initially, working at Zevo was a genuinely positive experience. The environment was healthy, the team spirit was strong, and it truly felt like a good place to grow professionally. However, following the investment and the arrival of new management, the organisation quickly took a turn for the worse. Toxic individuals were promoted into positions of power, and a culture of fear, favouritism, and dysfunction became the norm. The company slowly became a shadow of what it once was. Employees were treated poorly, many of us endured emotional distress that went unnoticed or unacknowledged. I personally had to seek therapy to process what I experienced, and I made HR and the COO fully aware of my situation. Despite that, little to nothing was done. The environment became so toxic that many former colleagues now refer to it as a "war zone." A recent lunch meeting with several past employees only confirmed this shared trauma, we were all just relieved to be out. Talented and dedicated team members were pushed out, just to benefit unqualified friends of leadership. The focus shifted from progress and innovation to personal gain and maintaining a facade. Even basic things, like updating the company website became impossible tasks for management. It’s truly sad to see how far the company has fallen. What was once promising is now unrecognisable. It's sad when everyone who left felt the same. I strongly advise others to stay away from Zevo, either as contractor or an employee.

Flexibility of work hours No hassle in getting paid

Cons

Very little work available Frequent no shows Very little help and support offered by company Limited control with system if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and no ability to review requests before they are booked
