great team, no hierarchy/no micromanaging, great pay, cool clients, and very interesting creative work, great place for highly ambitious people- if that's you, the working environment is very open and honest, and the company culture caters to remote work

no hierarchy=organized chaos sometimes, burnout rate (although usually self-inflicted) is high
