      Free time as the company did not manage properly and everybody can do their own thing eg like got fellow colleague can moonlight too

      Cons

      Worst family business running as the owner hope to pass the baton to their kid but their kid are incompetent & owner also not trusting other, Only know how taking advantages & squeeze employee

      A few good colleagues who seems to be in the same boat but boh pian have been tolerating all the nonsense for years.

      Cons

      When you have top management listen and believe to one side story. When the cause of so many worker turnover is still there working. When salary is still below market rate for years.
