Pros

- Like-minded people all aligned to the company mission, values and culture - Professional but relaxed atmosphere. There is no presentee-ism; everyone is trusted to do their work however is best for them. This is very good for productivity. - Supportive teams and clear lines for development and progression - Working with a lovely bunch of legends - Generous holiday allowance - Good office location, free snacks and loads of social events

Cons

Honestly the only thing is that the office space is small. There is just one meeting room and no quiet spaces. It's not been a big deal for me so far, but people get frustrated by the lack of spaces for team meetings and one-to-ones.

Pros

Great transitional job where you get to work with different students and help them succeed in their goals. At the same time, you can hone your communication skills.

Cons

There is a lack of growth in the long term.

Pros

Zero Gravity really is the definition of a mission-focussed organisation, with every colleague and business decision being focussed purely on levelling the playing field for opportunity in the UK. The culture is great too, with amazing mission-aligned colleagues and a great atmosphere of trust.

Cons

As it is a small tech start-up, it's a company for someone keen to be self-driven and a self-starter. There's plenty of help and training available for you, but in a less structured way than at larger companies.
