It's never nice to read a one star review about our business and when we do, we naturally reflect on what we should learn from it and accept the feedback with good intent. There are things we can do better*. But we also do a lot well. We are a purpose driven business, fighting hard to save tenants millions per year in deposit costs and giving landlords much needed protection & peace of mind for their properties. We have a brilliant group of people at ZD who are hugely committed to this mission. Across the entire business, Our OfficeVibe score is 8.7 / 10 - that's 13% higher than the national average - which looks at engagement, connection to the purpose, salary & benefits, employee stress & mental health and much more. Employee Net Promoter Score which looks at employee satisfaction and loyalty is 44 (vs the national average of 24). We are equally an Insurtech business that's growing 70% year on year, with ambitious plans to deliver our vision and plan - it's an exciting place to be right now. Through this growth, people continue to develop their careers with us. We firmly believe that people should leave the business in a far better position than when they started. We can always do better, but we also do a lot very well. The description of the business does not tally with the experience of those in it. Our Leadership Team is an exceptional group of talented and committed people who demonstrate integrity and professionalism in their support of staff and the business. * We remain concerned about the authenticity of this review due to the various factual inaccuracies including that we have not had a Head of Partnerships in the business for a period of 5-7 years. Glassdoor has noted our concerns.
