Zero Deposit is a fantastic place to work. Currently in a phase of growth, it’s a really exciting place to work. The products really do good for tenants and landlords. The products produced are aimed at making the rental process easier, faster and fairer. They're hyper-focused on doing the right thing (throughout the hierarchy), which is very refreshing in today's job market. The knowledge and experienced gained is unmatched by any larger companies, in fact, any other companies generally in my experience. If you’re willing to put the work in, you’ve got the opportunity to go far. ZD are willing to invest in people and help them grow. The leadership team (CEO and Directors) are very approachable and they’re all willing to help with anything. They’re also perfect for the roles they’re in which gives everyone confidence in the business, it's direction and it's new products. If you’re career hungry, work hard and have a passion for what you do, I couldn’t recommend enough.

There are no cons from my experience! If you’re not willing to work hard and learn; or if you're looking to sit back and relax, you’re probably better off going for a large conglomerate in a more monotonous role.

Great place to work. Flexible hours, good balance of workload. Intelligent and kind people on the team.
