Great work environment and friendly coworkers

There's not really any cons at least that I encounter

Beautiful isolated property with significant local traffic. Wyndham employee discounts max of 20%.

Bad communication. Allow customers to sexually harass staff. General Manager, Mindy, yells at team and does not take accountability. Spa also operating under poor communication. Employees treated with suspicion and without empathy. I was sexually assaulted by a customer here and the management negotiated for his return based on his being a platinum member. My safety and that of my coworkers was not made a priority, and I was blamed for the situation.
