Flexible timing and no dress code lots of learning for freshers
Cons
1) No process and they call it agile process(joke of the decade) 2) Mismanagement - both cto and the product manager - ebola viruses of the company (if some one makes a mistake its a mistake and if cto does its coz of some issue- stupid cto ) 3) No respect for the seniors and hardworking employee - the one who works for the company as their own company 4) If emails are drop frequently it means you are working very hard - just showoff you will be consider the best and gemsof the company. 5) Too much of partiality and management favours to few employees. 6) if u know how to put butter to the cto and his associates you are most welcome to this company 7) If you know how to talk and show off - technical is not required - best company to work 8)So call CTO - 8 out of 10 things will google and look in stackoverflow(hahah i.e why zepo is on top), when someone ask anything he will be always busy(God only knows what he does whole day - does not code ), he will always come on the last day of the release to ask status(where did the hell he goes while discussing on the sprint and day to day status ), many times releases have been postponed due to him and his mismanagement(coz he is cto) , if someone delays other than him and his favorites - "it has to go tonight anyhow". 9)Many of the hardworking, diligent and the real gems of zepo have left because of this cto and his partiality(cto actual long time plan - to remove all the seniors and just to keep his favorites), mismanagement , no respect etc.. 10) CEO is still very childish does not fit for this role(his plans never work and will never work in future also ) and due to his egoistic problem many top performers have left and some are fire without any genuine reason. 11) No hierarchy system 12) Anything if you talk against CTO and his favorites means you r fire from the company - reason bad performers 13) too much of favoritism
