Pros
Remote, remote, remote, remote, remote
Cons
Extremely low pay and majority of staff hired from Tajikistan, Philippines, India, Turkey, and other low cost countries. With that said, most people are working night shifts making it difficult to focus on top of the fact that some of them speak only basic English. Micromanagement, no processes, no strategic direction, goals change every month, no clear communication. They claim their software is AI powered but many individuals are putting manual work behind the scene for $400 a month working crazy hours. Some teams are forced to work over the weekend. There’s a few individuals who have been with the company for a few years and they make orders to others - you can be pulled into anything at anytime without a notice. You’re expected to do magic to save them from the collapse. 10 years in the business, still not done beyond series A. Something is wrong here
