Pros
pay was on par with or just below industry standard, hybrid work is nice, health insurance options were pretty solid.
Cons
when i started it seemed generally great there, but over time, a chain of poor decisions from the top caused the company to really slip. a once large staff was laid off down to a skeleton crew. there was an illusion of transparency from the executive staff- but looking back it wasn't really that upfront at all and frankly, a bit deceptive.
poor prioritization/direction for the teams there, and i assume poor allocation of company funds means they can't afford employees anymore.
high churn rate for their software users which doesn't bode well for job security.
