* Solving interesting and important real life problems * Most exciting things happening in the automotive industry right now, saving lives and autonomous driving * Flexible workplace and good work hours * Office in good location
Cons
* General lack of competence and experience within software engineering and software engineering leadership * Decisions, improvements and changes are difficult and takes a very long time * High absence in terms of people being ill themselves and taking care of sick children (as well as a lot of people going on paternity/maternity leave for 6-12 months at the time - but I think that's part of Swedish culture and legislation)
