      Pros

      Working as full-time Associate Innovation Engineer at Zenlabs, the innovation hub of Zensar. Pros 1) Flexible work timing. 2) Good exposure on new and advanced technologies in the field of AI, ML, IoT and AR/VR. 3) Good exposure on understanding customer requirements and executing targeted solutions. 4) Contributions are periodically recognized and rewarded. 5) Most of the team consists of Young and dynamic professionals.

      Cons

      Cons 1) Unstructured Managment 2) No on-site opportunity. 3) Caters to small customer pool on limited finished products. 4) Most of the endeavours are R&D types and PoC centric. 5) No good to move here after significant experience. 6) Very Very poor hike despite performing excellent.

      They make up any excuse to not pay you on time.

      Cons

      They don’t pay on time. Getting paid is always a hassle. This company only exists to take advantage of Indians on H1B visa in america. Once they get you there they know you are trapped and have no option but to comply.
