Pros

Positive Workplace Culture: The team is composed of talented, collaborative, and genuinely kind individuals, creating a highly supportive daily environment. Comprehensive Health & Wellbeing: Employees receive a full private healthcare package, including valuable perks like gym membership discounts that make it easy to prioritise wellness. Strong Financial Rewards: The company provides a competitive contributory pension scheme and a robust bonus structure that clearly recognises and rewards high performance. Focus on Flexibility: There is a genuine commitment to modern work practices, with various flexible working options that support an excellent work-life balance. Accessible Leadership: The senior management team is approachable and maintains an "open-door" style, ensuring employees at all levels feel heard and valued. Investment in Growth: Every employee receives a dedicated annual L&D budget, allowing for proactive personal development and continuous upskilling.

Cons

Office Capacity: Due to recent growth, the current office space can feel a bit reaching capacity during peak times. However, it is encouraging to see that leadership has already recognised this and is actively working on securing a larger, more suitable space for the team.

Pros

Some individuals are genuinely nice and hardworking, and the HR team does try to help where possible but these positives are overshadowed by the broader culture

Cons

This was the worst workplace experience of my career. The culture is deeply toxic and competitive in the worst way very much a dog-eat-dog environment where people will throw others under the bus to get ahead. Collaboration and support are minimal, and morale across teams is generally very low. There are serious issues with how women and people of colour are treated. Discrimination and bias are common, and while management is aware of these problems, they consistently choose not to address them or take accountability. Concerns are often dismissed or reframed as personal issues rather than cultural ones. I raised multiple concerns with HR over time. While the HR team themselves were kind and tried to help, their ability to drive change was extremely limited because the problems stem from leadership and senior management. In some cases, managers explicitly told me to “suck it up” rather than offering support or solutions. The lack of psychological safety and meaningful action had a severe impact on my mental health. Despite repeated attempts to escalate issues, nothing changed, and the same harmful behaviors continued unchecked. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look beyond the overly positive reviews. Based on my experience, many of them do not reflect the reality of working here.
