Pros
Some individuals are genuinely nice and hardworking, and the HR team does try to help where possible but these positives are overshadowed by the broader culture
Cons
This was the worst workplace experience of my career. The culture is deeply toxic and competitive in the worst way very much a dog-eat-dog environment where people will throw others under the bus to get ahead. Collaboration and support are minimal, and morale across teams is generally very low.
There are serious issues with how women and people of colour are treated. Discrimination and bias are common, and while management is aware of these problems, they consistently choose not to address them or take accountability. Concerns are often dismissed or reframed as personal issues rather than cultural ones.
I raised multiple concerns with HR over time. While the HR team themselves were kind and tried to help, their ability to drive change was extremely limited because the problems stem from leadership and senior management. In some cases, managers explicitly told me to “suck it up” rather than offering support or solutions.
The lack of psychological safety and meaningful action had a severe impact on my mental health. Despite repeated attempts to escalate issues, nothing changed, and the same harmful behaviors continued unchecked.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look beyond the overly positive reviews. Based on my experience, many of them do not reflect the reality of working here.
