Pros
You can get good exposure to a variety of pharmaceutical companies while on assignment. This gives a good opportunity to raise your profile with those companies and to add these to your resume/ repertoire
Cons
There is a whole feeling of selfishness in this company. Management are 'unable to enable'. All of them are out for themselves. Proving their own points and claiming any good work completed by employees as their own. Limited encouragement. Limited support. Peer support is existent but nothing from the top. There is a "lead team" (lower case intended - as I don't see how these people lead anyone). Poor management ability, again all out for themselves and their own agenda. Very nice when they need you to do them a favor, travel at short notice, go into customer support roles engineers are not ready for. No direction, little planning, no learning from mistakes of the past. The whole affair is disappointing really. There is no trust in management, employees are very skeptical and I think this is appropriate. Read a review here where somebody mentioned something about lies - I don't believe or trust anything from the leadership - a 'tissue of lies' - why tell the truth when a lie can do - most senior down.
