Pros
Great socialisation, everyone’s really friendly, even the directors/MD. Good verbal recognition of work, and the pay is incredibly fair. Really nice office in Ancoats, great location.
Cons
Definitely high workloads, but it’s recognised when you work hard. If you’re just after a job, maybe not the place for you, but if you’re after a career where you can really progress, it’s a good option. Business casual dress code (other than dress down fridays) but I suppose that depends on your POV. No sick pay.
