- People are great. We definitely have fun together (there may or may not be a lot of eating involved). - Great space to work in. - General respect for work/life balance.

- Lack of communication, mostly between departments. - Resistance to overall change and suggestions from admin. - Not much appreciation for non-sales roles.

My position was not sales-related, so I have no experience on that. However, I liked my job because my supervisor was a great mentor and taught me new things often. HR is strict but very fair.

Often, there were crunch times where you were under pressure to get things done. More overall training of administrative teams on components of the industry.
