Pros

Fully remote work (if you value that... because the in-person engagement is bad despite what they pretend on social media)

Cons

- People across all departments are leaving in droves - Toxic environment: impossible goals, people doing the work of 2-3 people, no recognition - The culture they describe vs. the culture you actually live are completely different. Current management doesn't care about feedback, just pretend and ignore even the most basic reality. It resembles a family-owned business more than a startup - Teams don't work together ... I hope they improve in the future

Pros

The level of ownership you get here is unlike anything I've experienced at other companies. From early on, you're working on things that actually matter, not just executing someone else's playbook. The team is small but extremely capable, and because everyone is close to the work, good ideas move fast. It's genuinely exciting to be in a space like web data and AI infrastructure right now, and ZenRows puts you right at the center of it.

Cons

The pace is relentless, and the ownership model means there's little hand-holding. You're expected to figure things out quickly and move fast. That said, the web data and AI space evolves at a speed that almost demands this kind of culture. It's less a con and more a feature of working at a company that's genuinely at the edge of its industry. If you're wired for that, you'll love it here.

Pros

ZenRows is a place where you're empowered to own your work, innovate, and explore the full depth of your role. The answer is rarely "no." If you have an idea, you're encouraged to run with it. It's rare to find a company where everyone operates at an incredibly high level while still maintaining a genuine culture of encouragement, support, and respect. Those two things don't usually coexist, but they do here. If you're looking for a place where you can genuinely progress in your career, this is it. The pay is great and the work-life balance is the best I've experienced.

Cons

This isn't a strict con, but with the freedom that's afforded comes an expectation of performance, efficiency, and high standards. You need to be able to manage your time well, stay disciplined with remote work, and hold yourself accountable. If you thrive with autonomy, you'll love it. If you need structure handed to you, it might be a challenge.
