4yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly take feedback from current and former employees very seriously. In fact, we value input massively as we see it as a great way to improve our processes.
We know acquisitions can sometimes make employees feel uncertain and we are very sorry that you have felt left alone during that time. Our offices in Ljubljana have a fully functioning HR team that supports over 100 employees daily. One-to-ones with managers are weekly and we also have quarterly check-ins which are a fantastic opportunity for employees to speak about their concerns. Our annual Employee Survey should also be taken seriously and we insist and invite all employees to take part and share their experience.
On top of that we are really proud of our 22% expats in our local team in Slovenia. Diversity, inclusion and belonging are important to us Zemanters, we all contribute to support each other and make people feel like home. We are currently revamping our on-boarding process globally, making it more virtual, interactive and impactful.
