Pros
The culture of this company has to be better than any in the industry. They allow me to work flex hours so I can take care of family issues. There are a lot of learning opportunities (classroom sessions) that further develop us as professionals.
Cons
My work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 am until 5:00 pm so doing errands like going to doctors appointments and other duties that can be only done during the week are tough to get done. That is why I am happy that they work with me and allow me to do flex time.
