Pros
Communication flow from leadership to supervisors to employees is excellent. Everyone is very available and responsive by e-mail, phone and chat. Even though employees are located all over the world, senior management makes a real effort to keep in touch and be available without driving us crazy with unnecessary ‘read this’ messages. Work serving military members, spouses and families is very rewarding.
Cons
Not really a con, just the reality of this type of work. The work is mostly on government contracts so there are report requirements and efforts to keep the customer happy that just have to be done. Leadership works hard to take on the burden of these efforts so the employees can work with the actual people we are here to help.
