Pros
Excellent benefits, vacation time, salary. Also, it's great providing support to our service members. Very professional company. The CEO has a great deal of integrity, cares about his company and his people.
Cons
Could easily burn out. Very high case load. Even though you are hired as a clinical counselor, you will do a significant amount of case management related to incidents of DV. Some of the management have the expectation that a certain percentage of the counselors will burn out and they'll simply hire new people. Doesn't make you feel highly valued, but easily replaced.
