Pros

1. The team is young, very driven and talented. It's motivating to work along with people who are just great at their job. I made a lot of great friends, everyone gets along well and the vibes are always positive. Everyone helps each other, there's a lot of trust and autonomy so no heavy hierarchy. 2. The mission is real and management is transparent. The founders care more about actually helping nonprofits than making money themselves, that is not something I've experienced in other jobs before. It makes me very motivated, upper management openly shares numbers, goals, how the company is doing financially, etc. 3. This one is hard to explain but they really embody their values? Basically, if you read the values on the website, it's truly what-you-see-is-what-you-get, this is exactly how people work here. I enjoy that expectations are super clear and that everyone embodies those values. 4. Perks in general, the company is very generous. Conditions, offsites, lunches, etc.

Cons

1. For sure it's a busy, fast-paced environment. I personally like it and feel very motivated by it, but it's made for people who enjoy working and who feel comfortable being trusted with a lot of projects. I speak for my own experience and team but I'd say for that reason, time management and prioritizing tasks is a hard part of the job. 2. It's a company that values candid feedback a lot. It's always shared in a helpful and caring way, but this can be challenging for people who are naturally less open to speaking up, or scared of conflict. They do teach you how to share feedback in a helpful way but you do need to get used to asking for feedback, receiving feedback regularly as well, and openly sharing feedback with your team because it will be expected of you. 3. The hiring process can be long. You can see they really care about finding the right person. My advice to applicants is, if you really want the job, the long process is worth it. Sometimes, the workload is

Pros

Working at Zeffy for the past 4 years has been amazing and brought me a ton. First, Zeffy's mission is to provide 100% free fundraising tech to nonprofits. Knowing that this is the final impact of your work makes the whole difference. I've joined Zeffy at the early stages had have been able to explore so many responsabilities and roles in only a few years. I don't think I could find that anywhere else. The team culture is simply amazing, every single person constantly gives their best, feedback culture is extremely present and genuine. This hels you grow a lot and created true bonds with your colleagues. At Zeffy, people trust you. You'll be taking high-impact projects often, your ideas matter and are listened to by management. You can really see your impact at work and this is a true source of motivation. The perks are really good. Zeffy pays well, offers stock optiions and a good amount of days off, takes the whole team on yearly summits and cottage houses. You'll have fun for sure. You can also have some budget for wellness (sports, medidation, hobbies...)

Cons

I would strongly recommend Zeffy to everyone who wants to have impact and grow in their carreer. This obviously comes with responsibilities and an above-average workload compared to the classic 9 to 5 job. But again, this is a highly motivating environment to grow and see true impact through your work.

Pros

At Zeffy, I'm surrounded by people who are genuinely motivated to make a positive difference by building technology for good. Even with offices in two different countries, we all remain connected, and our mission is at the heart of that bond. There’s a strong sense of care across the team: people look out for one another, support each other, and truly enjoy working together. The work itself is challenging in the best way. I’m constantly learning, growing, and encouraged to explore what interests me, with no rigid limits on the kind of tasks or responsibilities I can take on. There’s a strong feedback culture that creates an honest, trust-based environment where everyone wants the best for each other and for the company. The structure isn't hierarchical and there is no task that is above or below anyone. Feedback is shared across all teams, roles and levels of seniority.

Cons

The role is demanding in a fast-paced environment and it's not your average 9-5, but the work is meaningful and employees are recognized for the work they put in. Team growth can take time due to a strong commitment to hiring intentionally and preserving the company culture, which can stretch existing teams.
