Respect, Invest and opportunity, I have more of these things in my time with Zeffert than my entire career.

With a small company comes small problems.

* Small company with family like feel. *CEO has an open door policy and honestly keeps it open. * Management is great. * nice to walk through the office and know everyone. * Company is growing in all the right ways. * won't get lost in the mix

* small company, so limited room for growth. * You do end up getting to know everyone , that may not be ideal for all. * Drive- off 270 - and it is always a nightmare getting anywhere for lunch.
