      Pros

      Was one of the first employees and have watched as the company has grown from 5 to 50 employees. All the while the founders have made sure to keep the same excitement and passion in the business. I have really enjoyed my time here. Great team Good company culture Amazing growth The company stresses the importance of work-life balance

      Cons

      Sometimes needed to work outside your scope of JD, however, that is the nature of a fast-moving start-up and has widened my skill set.
