Overall fine - Software QA Tester Zed-Axis Technologies Employee Review

Zed-Axis has been one of the best experiences of my career. It provided me an excellent platform, opportunity and freedom to express myself. I had some great colleagues and an encouraging management to work with. It was like a family where we all had our share of successes and failures but we stuck together. I enjoyed working there because of a positive environment and a belief that we are doing good for our customers. There was a lot of learning. I was also very lucky to work closely with management and understand the various aspects of business and management. The best part is that I still endear the relationship with so many of my fellow Zed-Axians!! In a nutshell, it is the place to learn , earn and grow.

Working and surviving in Zed-Axis would also require lots of patience, hard-work and positive attitude.

What are employee benefits like, Medical Insurance, Bonus, gratuity etc..? What is the salary date? please ask proof if any employee got on salary on time in last 2-3 yrs. Appraisal policy? How many employees joined and left in last 2 years? Management technical background and ability to upgrade software. Any celebrations, parties or team outings? see pics if says yes. Do i got salary account from company if yes please ask when and in which bank? Any new technology/tools implemented in company? Team size? Working on which model any process is there? What last activity you done to motivate your team/employees? Please ask work load as well?
