Sales Engineer Managers are great. They listen, help, and let you do your job.
Cons
The company have gone woke. DEI BS is preventing people to do their jobs, people who aren't qualified are getting hired or promoted. As a FYI, I have no desire for promotion. I like what I'm doing, my team, boss, and department.
