Pros
great benefits (time off and health insurance), company spends a tremendous amount of money on new equipment.
Cons
If only they would invest in making things better rather than anticipating new equipment will fix their issues. Nobody in leadership knows anything about printing. The management level and above is stale and needs shaking up - supervisors have no clue how to do anything on the production floor - isn't that step 1 of any company? Ensuring people who are telling people how to do their job should know how to do their job... excessive overtime (10 hrs during week plus 8 hrs every weekend). Seems as if scheduling has no idea how to schedule as there are some weekends with every machine running and then the next there is none running - how can this be? Management is too long tenured and stale - except the plant manager who is recycled frequently. Zero structure and accountability however this new general manager is just trying to make people happy instead of creating a long term successful company.
