Though performance metrics and cost savings are definitely important to Zebra, I can assure you those aren’t the only things concerning our leaders. Managing and caring for our employees is a basic expectation of our management teams. Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

Cons

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
