Micromanagement means any decision must pass multiple rounds of leadership before approval; projects languish in purgatory before being restarted with a 180 flip on direction. Matrixed, siloed workspace. 4-6+ hours daily in meetings means there's little time to do the job. Constant sense of dread and low morale.
