      Pros

      I was giving 90% control of my department. I was able to see a lot of my ideas be implemented. I genuinely felt supported by the rest of the company. Everyone was passionate about fitness and wellness.

      Cons

      Too many cooks in the kitchen. We didn't all agree on certain strategies, which sometimes made it hard to work on those projects.
