Pros
The people, the projects, and self awareness. Not sure many agencies conduct so many “how are we doing” surveys. It’s a tough industry but this agency does seem to genuinely want a team that’s proud of the work and proud of the vibe. The rate of people that have left zealot and returned is kind of crazy. No agency is perfect but zealot try hard to make life as good as the industry allows. Also a lot of people at the company have grown from very junior roles to very senior, so there is definitely long term career growth opportunities, particularly for editors, producers and designers.
Cons
Multiple offices makes in-person working tricky, both offices have different cultures too. A lot of staff have been at the company for over 3 years and it’s their longest ever job, which is great for community but makes change for them as the company has grown hard.
