      1) it gives you flexible timings to work 2)they tend make their employee learn rather than just do work

      sometimes requirements are lil bit fluctuating but still it is not very bad

      Pros

      As i started working at zapuza i thought it is a small company and opportunity will be less, but i was wrong the company situated in a rural area with its registered address, but its management are top notch, sometimes i think its MNC or Startup 🤓

      Cons

      There are two side of a coin and yes i faced few challenges here they need to come to a urban area, sometimes i asked them to start work from office but they are preferring WFH , Feeling bore on this WFH.
