      Pros

      Good salary. Great on personal development cause need to adapt fast pace environment. Futhermore, cause of skill build in zanko i can have 3 times more salary on new company

      Cons

      Supervisor not train well. You know what i mean. Bad word and dirty mouth once u make small or big mistake. If they make mistake still blame u. Not good for long term employment it will effect your mental. Just work for skill then chaw.

      - Great place for fresh graduates to start their career. - Many things to learn - Lot of projects coming in - Superb working environment - A lot of after work activities

      Cons

      - The salary is so low eventhough they make a good profit from the projects - The benefits is bad, despite all the junks and food at the pantry - No career growth
