Pros

Remote work Great team and colleagues

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing in several key areas. There is no clear career path for employees. Despite putting in hard work and dedication, there are very few opportunities for growth or advancement. It feels like no matter how much you invest in your work, there is little to no chance to move up the ladder. Recognition is almost non-existent. Accomplishments go unnoticed, and there is no system in place to acknowledge or reward the efforts of employees. This lack of recognition leaves many feeling undervalued and demotivated. The lack of career development and recognition has led to a decrease in morale, and it seems like many colleagues are simply going through the motions rather than being truly invested in their work. Engagement surveys conducted by the company reflect these concerns, with results showing low levels of employee satisfaction. Overall, if you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be recognized for your efforts, and work in an engaging environment, Power Diary is not the right choice any more. I hope they take steps to address these issues, but as it stands, it is not a place I can recommend.

Pros

Skilled and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work Remote work

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has been going downhill in recent years, and the main reasons seem to be rooted in leadership and organizational decision-making. For the last 2 years, employee satisfaction scores have been consistently dropping, yet senior management failed to address the trend or investigate the root causes. This neglect directly contributed to a continued loss of engagement, motivation, and overall trust in the company’s direction. There was little recognition of the obvious link between declining employee engagement and the simultaneous drop in customer satisfaction. This connection should have been a major warning sign, but it was repeatedly overlooked. Many members of the senior management team would benefit significantly from leadership and communication training. Decisions were too often reactive rather than strategic, and transparency remained limited.
