Pros
-apparent happiness (not sure if it's a pro or con) as many times this happiness seems very forced -some people are nice, friendly and helpful (usually the most senior employees that are not afraid to lose their jobs) -work/life balance for employees having worked for a long time in the company
Cons
-employees are afraid to lose their jobs due to the continous reorganisations so they are not very helpful or do not share info -employees are very used to do the same work for years so they do not seek for improvement or innovation
