      Most employees and groups, e.g. groups such as Legal, Risk Management, Safety, Tax, Finance, Quality were outstanding

      Cons

      the changes in the Procurement Dept. were very negative as the two leaders/managers had no professional procurement/contract experience and communicated very unprofessional and poorly with key managers

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
