Nowadays, the work-life balance is very good in this company because if you handle in good way your tasks, for sure you will have the time to share with your family. The leadership is good and they are committed to get better results. The time-off policies are followed according to the laws in every country and the leaders are reasonable when you need to take some time for special circunstances.
Cons
Sometimes the leaders don't allow to provide the enough resources to perform better marketing tasks however they push for better results. You need to get ideas in how to get those results with low budget. This could be a pro also. It depends your point of view. The after sales department and technical support need to be enhanced.
