      Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      Mainly products from China marketed very well. Micromanaging by people with overinflated egos. Any money 'invested' into company (deducted from pay) is never seen again

      Pros

      Opportunities to grow with both compensation and title. Provided lunch, options for equity and options, not much hierarchy -- everyone has a voice, autonomy and opportunity provided to those that deserve it. Strong top down management.

      Cons

      Pressure cooker, company is doing a lot in a small amount of time -- you need to buy in.

      Cons

      Not the best company to work for. They will lay you off in seconds and hire someone cheaper. You get no RRSP.
