-The company is well-structured, and the people are what make it great. Not all people are team players though. Hopefully those ones can be weeded out. -Some of the policies in the company handbook are a bit strict, but I understand the reasoning.

Certain employees can be really helpful and are actively making things better.

Low pay, benefits are sub par compared to other companies. Most managers were hired or promoted with minimal experience or knowledge leading to failures across the board in all departments. Owner and VPs etc encourage a frat house mentality. It’s all about who is friends with who and doesn’t complain. Blatant HR/OSHA violations all the time. They also tend to only higher current college students/ straight out of college because they don’t know any better.
